Great design. I lost the plug to my phone and decided to try this adapter. The phone charges faster than with the original plug.
Actually, while this is a nice unit, I don't know if I'll have much use for it. The unit includes a short cable to use the unit to charge a PDA, cell phone, etc. I've tested it on these and it works fine. I may use mine to keep my Palm Zire 72 PDA charged on the road.
This is a well made and good looking little lithium/ion battery. But I now have it, just in case. I don't use a cell phone - yet. It should last through about 1000 full charging cycles.
I can also use it to charge and power my Grundig G4, AM, FM, 10-band shortwave radio, MPC3 player combo. Maybe someday I'll get a cell phone. Included is a USB cable for charging it with a computer or other 5V 600mA power device that has a USB port. with the included 6 adapters.
